Reza Nemati Personal Website – Custom Laravel CMS

Design and development of this very website: an interactive bilingual theme with scroll-driven animation and a custom Laravel + Filament CMS that, beyond portfolio and blog, also runs my projects, tasks and personal finances, with a companion Android app.

I wanted my personal site to be more than a showcase: it should also be the tool I work with every day. So I built both the theme and the admin panel from scratch on Laravel.

Front end

Fully bilingual (Persian and English) with separate URLs and multilingual SEO: hreflang, sitemap and Open Graph.
Scroll animation with GSAP and Lenis, a horizontally scrolling portfolio, a custom cursor and a counting preloader.
Built for speed: self-hosted fonts, WebP images and lazy loading.

Admin panel (CMS)

Portfolio with drag-and-drop ordering, posts, services and experience, with a bilingual editor and one-click AI translation.
Projects, tasks, people, debts and credits, plus transactions created automatically from bank SMS.
A secure Sanctum API for the Android companion app, built with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
